We skillfully constructed the Buddha Saint Seated On Throne Statue in our studio. The deity is shown in this one-of-a-kind work of art serenely reclining on a lotus throne. He simultaneously holds an alms bowl with his left hand and has his right hand in the mudra of touching the soil. The statue's throne is specially crafted with the vision of the artists using multiple carvings that represent various mythical creatures and are adorned with precious gemstones. The statue is made of a copper body gilded with 24k genuine gold. This immaculate work of art took months to construct, with careful attention paid to every minute detail. We used a hammer and small chisels to hand-carve the intricate design patterns. Siddhartha Gautama was born the crown prince of the powerful Shakya Kingdom and was raised to be a monarch by his royal father's wishes. He heard about people's enormous anguish when he was approximately 29. He gave up his palace life and all of his opulent robes and wealth to figure out what was causing the pain and how to relieve it. He reached his goal after nearly six years of study, self-deprivation, and intense focus. He'd reached nirvana (a Buddha). He then claimed to have gone to a deer park in Varanasi, India's Sarnath (Benares).
