Traditionally Hand-Carved Manjushri Bodhisattva Statue
We have meticulously hand-carved this Manjushri Bodhisattva statue in our studio. This figure is comprised of copper and is triple-layered with 24k gold, which provides its final brilliance. The statue was sculpted using a 3D carving effect with multiple layers of carvings. Here, the bodhisattva of wisdom is depicted serenely seated atop a moon disc lotus seat wielding a blazing sword with his right hand as his left hand performs the ' Vitraka mudra,' symbolizing the transmission of the teaching of the Buddha. Crafted with the utmost care and precision, this statue boasts intricate details, and additional priceless carved gemstones to the statue adorn the bodhisattva.

Manjushri means "very auspicious" in Sanskrit. Manjushri, one of the compassion bodhisattvas, is more famous among Tibetan Buddhists. He, as the Buddha Resplendent, resembles a brilliant sun. Manjushri is a Tibetan name that means "good companion." He also represents the Kadampa Buddhist tradition, recognized by its scholars.
