Green Tara Goddess Statue is the portrayal of her serene nature. Embedded with precious gems, and is one of the most popular bodhisattvas within the Himalayan Buddhist community. Green Tara is sometimes called the actual Tara, though she is parallel to White Tara. She is also called the Nepali princess and an emanation of Avalokiteshvara. She protects us from negative energies, diseases, or other difficult predicaments, and so she does not sit in a complete meditational pose with one leg down.
