The Mother Green Tara is one of the principal deities who deals with us confused and distracted beings, bringing us back to the original state. Following Tara's thangka practice, we develop strong feelings of joy, happiness, and closeness. Especially in the form of the Green Tara, Sengdeng Nagchi Drölma, she liberates sentient beings from the eight great fears.
