Silver Plated Tibetan Buddha Shakyamuni Sculpture
We are the Kathmandu Valley artists that created the Tibetan Buddha Shakyamuni Sculpture in classic Himalayan art style. This Tibetan Buddha statue was expertly hand-carved using copper and then hand-painted with acrylic colors before being gilded with genuine 24K gold on the face. The rest of the body and the throne is silver plated. We have artistically adorned this piece of art with valuable gemstones. The combination of silver plating, gilding of gold, and gemstones make this figurine one of a kind. It took us months of hard work and devotion to craft the deity, throne, and intricate design patterns. You may use the artwork in your daily yoga and meditation routines.
This magnificent statue will be a wonderful meditation gift from Nepal to a practitioner like you.

Siddhartha Gautama was born as the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom and nurtured to be a king in line with his royal father's aspirations. However, when he was around 29 years old, he learned about people's tremendous pain in life. He abandoned his palace life and gave up his magnificent robes and gold to uncover the reasons for this anguish and the methods to alleviate it. After nearly six years of study, self-deprivation, and severe concentration, he achieved his aim. He had attained enlightenment (a Buddha). He claimed to have then proceeded to a deer park in Sarnath (Benares), India, on the outskirts of Varanasi.
