Traditionally Handcrafted Gold-Gilded Tibetan Shakyamuni Buddha Statue
Delicately handcrafted in our workshop, the Tibetan Shakyamuni Buddha statue is intricately designed with unique Nepali motifs. The body of Shakyamuni Buddha, made out of copper, is coated in 24-Karat pure gold. Gilded gold, the statue exhibits excellent luster. The gold-plated halo behind Shakyamuni Buddha in the statue emphasizes his tranquil look as he rests on a moon disc lotus with an alms bowl on his right lap. Our craftsmen meticulously set gemstones for the Shakyamuni's robe and lotus seat. He is depicted portraying the 'Bhumisparsa Mudra' or the 'touching the Earth' hand gesture that presents the moment of Buddha's awakening.
This piece is an excellent souvenir for any devotee like yourself and can be used in your daily practices and activities of meditation and yoga.
